Pescamò — bistrot in a 16th-century tower in Nardò

The character of the place, a new atmosphere

The project begins with the historic architecture and keeps it at the heart of the spatial narrative. Contemporary elements introduce a distinct design language, connecting the memory of the tower with the identity of the bistro.

Atlantico onyx, yellow wood and grey wall panelling form a palette of contrasts. The lighting design shapes the way materials are perceived and helps define the atmosphere of the dining spaces.
